EU consumer dispute resolution

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations from online contracts (OS platform). You can reach the OS platform under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for contents

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
